TITSA has a staff of 1,800 employees who carry out their work all over the island.

Employees belong to different departments: 1,500 drivers and traffic personnel, 200 mechanics who carry out bus maintenance and repairs, and 100 office workers.

The average age of the workface is around 40. The number of women employees has gradually risen over the years and now stands at nearly 11% of the workforce.
